Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to connect my Dynamics 365 org?
- Not for the Advisor plan — it only reads tickets and writes configuration instructions. Executor, Inspector, and Autopilot connect to your D365 environment via a secure OAuth 2.0 app registration.
- How are my D365 credentials stored?
- Client secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and scoped to your organization. Every database record is isolated per tenant.
- What happens if a configuration step fails?
- On the Executor plan and above, a failed step triggers a full job rollback — every completed step is reversed in order, so your environment is never left half-configured.
- Which ticketing systems are supported?
- Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Linear. Filter by project, board, sprint, label, assignee, date range, or a custom JQL/OData query, then run the pipeline on a single ticket or a batch.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings — billing is handled through Stripe and prorated automatically.
- Which Dynamics 365 products does D365 Agent support?
- D365 Agent is purpose-built for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Dataverse platform, covering Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
- What configuration tasks can the Executor and Autopilot tiers automate?
- The Executor and Autopilot tiers automate three categories of D365 configuration: Metadata, Web Resources, and Power Automate.
